Euroleague Women Draw Complete

The German city of Munich hosted the draw of the groups of the 2022/2023 European women’s basketball competitions. Our title-holding team got into Group B along with Salamanca from Spain, Schio from Italy, Basket Landes from France, Mersin from Turkey, and Mechelen from Belgium. Two more qualification tournament teams will join later.

"It was a great experience to rewatch the highlights of the last season on video in a completely full room. It is far more important than the draw to keep working according to our own standards, and to keep improving the team. Our mathup with Salamanca in the group phase will spice things up, and we root for DVTK to be able to meet in Euroleague Women as well." Managing Director Zoltán Török said commenting on the news.

The regular season – preceded by the qualification tournaments and the SuperCup on October 18th between us and Bourges in France – begins on October 26th. Our team plays guest to Belgian side Mechelen in the first round.

The playoffs begin in the middle of March, while the FINAL4 takes place between April 14-16th.

Our team starts preparations for the upcoming season on August 15th.
