We have a very tough January ahead of us after the Christmas break, which we will start in the domestic championship in Cegléd, at 6 pm on Saturday.
With this game we have reached the second half of the regular season. Our team has performed flawlessly on Hungarian soil so far winning all eleven games. Cegléd, whom we have beaten at the season opener back in September are currently on the 10th place with a 2-9 record. Before the holidays they came up with two impressive performances in Miskolc and Szekszárd, but have since weakened under the rims, because of their African international player Leia Dongue's transfer to Girona in Spain.
Days haven't gone easily at our club either. The ladies have returned to work on December 28th after a one-week Christmas break Zsófi's sole injury, and Betti's knee injury have given us a hard time in practice. It is, however, fortunate, that Tina keeps moving forward more and more and is doing a full time job at practices.
Before the game we have asked Candice Dupree, who hopes that things that were practiced in trainings will be shown in game as well.

Our head coach Roberto Iniguez spent two wonderful years with us, who has visited our Managing Director Zoltán Török as promised with whom they agreed in a discussion about the future that he will come back to Sopron one day
